Meet Pastor K

Rev. Kasundra R. Brown loves GOD’S Word and building up HIS People. She has planned and participated in numerous youth, women’s and family conferences. Whether one on one or in a group, she passionately educates, edifies and encourages women in particular and everyone in general by teaching and preaching Biblical Truth. Her delivery has been described as dynamic, humorous and real. She strives to “put the cookies on the bottom shelf” so that her listeners can not only hear the Word but do the Word also. Pastor K, as the kids in her Massachusetts youth ministry dubbed her, loves to research and teach the ancient practices and principles found in Scripture because she firmly and fervently believes that the Bible is GOD’S Holy Word. And as such, it accurately reflects the history of fallen man and GOD’S extraordinary efforts to prove HIS love for HIS flawed creatures. (John 3:16; Romans 5:8) Having served as an Assistant Pastor, Christian Ed Director, Women’s Ministry Director and Youth Pastor, Pastor K is equally comfortable teaching in an intimate workshop setting as well as preaching or speaking from a large pulpit or stage.

With the launch of this website, Pastor K joyfully announced the creation of K. R. Brown Ministries; and with that, the offering of her first, self-hosted Women’s Conference, While W8ting4u I Found Me. Through this effort, Pastor K desires to give people the tools necessary to focus on GOD, empowering them to discontinue looking to others for their true purpose and identity. After doing an in-depth study of the life of Leah the Unloved Wife, Pastor K saw truths, that once applied to her own life, gave her deliverance and freedom she had not experienced before. The name, While W8ting4u I Found Me came from a sermon preached by her close friend, Evangelist Vernessa Fountain of Boston, MA. She received the the unique combination of letters and numbers that make up the phrase “w8ting4u” in a dream. Upon further research, she discovered that “8” is the number of new beginnings and “4” represents total integration - FATHER, SON, HOLY SPIRIT and Self. Having received GOD’S blessing and with the encouragement of her Corner Sisters, a group of women she prays with every weekday morning, Pastor K stepped out on faith and hosted the first W8ting4u Conference in at New Bethel Baptist Church, Framingham, MA in January of this year. She fully believes that GOD is leading her to take this Conference nationwide and is actively seeking churches to partner with as host locations.
